I removed the text, as there is no point in it being here, as long as the name is incorrect. --pred 20:50, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
I've added the text back in with a correction that both authors published the textbook together, plus a reference to the textbook (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 23:02, 9 March 2009 (UTC).
