I absolutely love wikis, so I can't help but contribute to this one. I expect to edit pages that I know something about, mainly in the fields of real estate law and mortgage lending, with a specialty in anti-predatory lending law. But probably in other topics like gardening and who-knows-what-else by the time I'm done.

Feel free to leave me a comment on my talk page, if you so desire.
